#3: Self heating clothing
Imagine clothing that is multilayered. As you move, adjacent layers rub against each other and the friction results in a self heating effect.
The extra energy required to move about whilst wearing this kit could make it useful for eg training in cold conditions.

uhg… I thought i had a million dollar idea. I swear this was my exact thought lol. I just wasn’t sure if the required material would be too heavy for everyday use.
